  • Room was really nice and kept clean. Great minibar in the room too.

  • I didn't really understand how the resturant worked, some nights it would be opne and others i would come down at 6:30-7:00 and it would be shut. Surely if there are guests staying in the hotel then the bar/restaurant should be kept open? Hotel was great nonetheless.

  • Dostupnost, poloha hotelu. Snidani jsme tentokrat nevyuzili.

  • Pokoj cislo 304. Uklid, byli jsme velmi zaskoceni, ze WC melo paskou oznaceni, ze je vydezinfikovane, ale bohuzel WC uklizene nebylo a bylo znecistene sedatko a chlupy v mise . Fotku jsem si neporizoval. Minibar nebyl doplneny o polozku. Jste velmi solidni hotel s vybornou polohou, tohle je zbytecne si nepohlidat a tim kazit celkovy zazitek :-)

  • Krásný a udržovaný hotel v samém centru UH. Personál velice ochotný a vstřícný nad běžný rámec. Snídaně bohaté. Byla jsem tam s rodinou na cyklo dovolené a hned bych se tam vrátila.

  • usměvavý personál, ochotný, nebylo znát, že to bylo tzv. přehrávané :-) Celkově prostředí hotelu interiér, umístění a na střed města klid.

  • Sprchový kout opravdu malý a značně nekomfortní pro umytí.

  • Luxusní snídaně s obsluhou.

  • Doporučuji zaměřit se na čistotu nádobí jak na zahrádce, tak skleněných karaf u snídaně. Bylo by vhodné dát do pokoje letáček s rozpisem hotelových služeb - zejména s časy snídaně, oběda, večeře a pod.

  • Umístění OK na krásném náměstí. Hotel odpovídá i uvnitř čtyřem hvězdičkám. Je nicméně umístěn na pěší zoně, na označení pěší zony by mělo být uvedeno povolení vjezdu pro vyložení zavazadel.

  • Při večerním příjezdu působí hotel dojmem uzavřenosti - recepce svítí jen slabě a dveře jdou těžce otevírat, jakoby byly již uzamčené. Bylo nutné vyjasnit telefonem, že k otevření dveří nutno použít sílu a že na recepci se někdo objeví.
